The ANI Incubator · Established April 29, 2026

The Incubator.

A&I is also the lab where Lisa's frameworks get tested outside healthcare — proving they work for any human in any life situation. Real people, real engagements, anonymized when they need to be, public when they don't.

What the incubator is.

Lisa's toolkit — research, coaching framework, document architecture — applied to clients who don't fit a marketing-budget invoice. Not job-search ShortList clients (that's MCP). Real people who need a life intelligence system, not a job-search document.

The incubator proves the IP is vertical-agnostic. It's the proof we use when we tell a SaaS founder the same toolkit works for them as it does for a 29-year-old industrial operator with a half-built dump-hauling business.

All incubator outputs use A&I branding. Midnight, gold, Space Mono. Editorial, not corporate.

Case studies.

Case Study 01 · April 29, 2026

Tim Violet · Violet Groundworks LLC

29-year-old industrial operator, Columbus OH. Runs a wood processing plant on Frank Road — 11 loads/day, 22% above the inherited baseline. Father to Everlee, 4. Living with his grandmother, managing his grandfather's estate after he passed in August. CEO of his family by necessity.

We built him a Life Intelligence Brief — mobile-first, tabbed, dark-luxe editorial. Sections: Who You Are, Your Path (four paths), The Money (real Columbus market data including vacuum trucks at $150-250/hr, 7.3% annual market growth, demand from Intel's $20B New Albany campus + ODOT projects + telecom fiber buildout), Name It (four name options, LLC validation), Do This (checkable action plan with urgency tags + SMS launch script).

Naming: Violet Groundworks LLC — his family name plus "Groundworks" because it covers dump hauling, vacuum/hydrovac, and site prep. Scales beyond "hauling."

Delivered on a porch, on his phone. The product came to him.

Case Study 02 · In flight · May 2026

Brian Treadway · Hillbilly Einstein Performance

Aftermarket diesel engine parts. Founder paying $500 for a 90-minute strategy session. Groundwork Brief, brand direction, website blueprint, SEO keywords already delivered. Sprint formalizing in May.

The audit caught typos in his original company copy ("two-eyar warranty" should be "two-year warranty"). Surfaced that "Hillbilly Einstein Performance" was the strongest asset — not the thing to rename. The rebrand is about clarifying the positioning, not abandoning the name. This is the AI Rebrand Sprint mid-tier playing out in real time.

The framework, briefly.

Every incubator engagement runs through five lenses:

  1. Who You Are. Identity, history, the receipts you under-sell.
  2. Your Path. Three to five real paths forward, with the data to weigh them.
  3. The Money. Real numbers from real markets. Not generic "market size" — the actual zip-code-level intel.
  4. Name It. If naming is open, three to five validated options. If naming is locked, a positioning rewrite.
  5. Do This. A checkable action plan with urgency tags and (when delivery requires it) an SMS launch script.
My craft becomes my coin.
My coin becomes my house.
My hands that build also receive. So I cast. So it is.
